Rainbow Day

This week's theme at Gracie's school was colors. Today they were told to dress in rainbow colors. I don't think you can get any more colorful than this. And she picked out the shoes. She would not wear her white sandals because they were not colorful. And we couldn't pass up a chance to take a picture with her brother.

Gracie

And I can't leave my baby girl out. The first picture we took yesterday after school with her art work. She is loving school. I would too though if all we did all day was play. At least when I ask her what she did at school that is always her response. The second two were last Thursday for the first dancing class of the year. Not sure where she got those poses from. She was so good at dancing. It is amazing what a difference a year makes.

Hunter

Here are some updated pictures of Hunter Joe. He is a good baby and he is sleeping a lot better at night.

Hunter Joseph is Here!!!!!!

Hunter Joseph arrived on September 10, 2008. He weighed 6lbs 13 oz. His length is 19 1/2 inches. I was induced at 6:00am and he was born at 10:49 am. It was an easy delivery. It took one push and he was out. He came out looking just like Gracie did. His color was perfect and his lungs were loud. As soon as he was given to us he was content.

Gracie is in love with her baby brother. When he was first born she could hear him crying outside the door. She said he needed his big sister. She asked me yesterday if he could please come play in her room with her toys. Hopefully this view of her baby brother will last. Or at least until he can defend himself.

His first outfit was camo and I have to admit he did look adorable in it. But I picked his coming home outfit and he looked pretty cute in that too. He is a very calm baby. The nurses and doctors all said that he was so calm and quiet. They said he was even calm during his circumcision. But I am not going to be fooled. Gracie was a calm baby too.
